I greatly enjoyed knowledgeable and very informative employees!
The room was charming little and recently renovated with a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels in the private bathroom. The hotel was in the secluded setting outside of Banff town centre.

The setting was nice, just next door to Banff city centre, the outskirts of the town with the option of a free shuttle back and forth, and the park. Also, Hoodoos Trail was 4 km away.

Stayed for 1 night in this recently refurbished and attractive place, loved that. The restaurant was reasonably priced for lunch, I tried basic dishes. Its contemporary decor with a marvellous view of the mountains was a nice surprise. The location to a main street and a national park was amazing and incredible for what I needed.

The staff were sincere and flexible in case of questions. Our room was well laid out and stocked and complete with a huge bathroom. Its stunning, secluded location was a plus. There was a wood and a mountain adjacent to the place. The service was good and the food was good.

I stayed 6 nights and would stay here again when visiting Canada. I found the hotel's location marvellous and stunning, right by hikes, downtown, lake loiuse and norquay and the outskirts of the town with the option of a free shuttle back.

A modern hotel, we had a lovely stay. For our weekend the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close enough to bike trails and access to the highway and the main attractions and the centre of Banff for food.

The location was great and stunning - really close to lakes and Tunnel mountain, the outskirts of the town with the option of a free shuttle back and forth and all hiking. Also, we were able to visit Banff Park Church, that was 4 km from the hotel.

Loved the place, it was appealing and exceptionally comfortable and worked for me. The food was fabulous and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The staff were consistently courteous and pleasant and check-in was quick. The pool was amazing and I had savoury drinks in the downstairs bar. The location was marvellous in a beautiful area. What's more, it was really close to Sunshine Village, the centre of town and the town center.

Had an incredible stay, the hotel is charming.
No reason to complain, the venue met all requests. Everything was second to none, the parking was onsite, the room was perfectly clean. The location was secluded, beautiful close to the railroad tracks. There was Alpha Bistro in the vicinity, we ate lunch there.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would be happy to recommend it to all. The property was wonderful and clean, had outstanding views of the mountains. We got a room with a tub. The hotel had a secluded setting close to nature.
